(A) A person commits an offense if he or she knowingly possesses, manufactures, transports, repairs, or sells:
(1) An explosive weapon;
(2) A machine gun;
(3) A gas gun (i.e., a gas ejective device);
(4) A short barreled rifle or shotgun;
(5) A firearm silencer;
(6) A switchblade knife; or
(7) Knuckles.
(B) The terms used in this section shall have the meanings ascribed to them in RSMo. § 571.010.
