§ 114.07  INJUNCTION.
   Neither the issuance of the license to the junk dealer nor any other provision of this chapter shall preclude the City Attorney from seeking from a court of competent jurisdiction a temporary or permanent injunction to abate any common nuisance nor to restrain any person from violating any provisions of this chapter.
