§ 112.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Upon conviction thereof, such person shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or be punished by incarceration for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and incarceration. Each day’s violation of, or failure, refusal, or neglect to comply with, any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
   (B)   Upon conviction for multiple offenses under the provisions of this chapter, the city’s prosecuting attorney may seek judicial remedy by temporary restraining order, temporary injunction, or permanent injunction as he or she deems necessary or advisable.
