(A) The license year for all fees required under this section shall be from each January 1 through December 31. The application for a license shall be accompanied by payment in full of the fee stated in this section by cash, business, certified or cashier’s check, or money order; and no application shall be considered complete until such fee is paid.
(B) All licenses shall be issued for a specific location and shall be non-refundable and nontransferable.
(C) The classification of licenses and fees for each shall be as follows:
(1) Adult entertainment business license fee is $300 per year;
(2) Adult entertainment manager license fee is $20 per year;
(3) Adult entertainer’s license fee is $20 per year; and
(4) Adult entertainment server’s license fee is $20 per year.
