§ 110.30  ELECTRIC CORPORATIONS.
   The gross receipts tax imposed upon electric corporation, including, but not limited to, Ameren, Missouri, pursuant to the local code section establishing gross receipts tax, shall be maintained at its existing rate as of December 31, 2012, despite the tariff increase awarded by the Public Service Commission to Ameren, Missouri effective on January 3, 2013.
