Whenever it shall be shown or whenever the Mayor has knowledge that a dealer licensed under this subchapter has violated any city or state chapter concerning alcohol, public peace, or maintaining an orderly place or house, the Mayor shall advise the Board of Aldermen as provided for in § 110.16, suspend, or revoke the license of said business. The licensee may request a hearing within five days of the delivery of the notice of suspension or revocation.
