§ 110.10  RESPONSIBILITY OF REPRESENTATIVES OF COMPLIANCE OF PRINCIPALS.
   The local agents or other representatives of nonresidents who are doing business in this city shall be personally responsible for the compliance of their principals and of the businesses and enterprises they represent with all applicable provisions of this subchapter.
