If any licensee desires, before the expiration of the license period, to change the location of his or her place of business, he or she shall notify the City Clerk of such a change. No business or occupation shall be engaged in by the licensee at a new location under the authority of such a license until the notice of the change of location has been given to the City Clerk, and until the licensee has complied with all the provisions of this subchapter with respect to the new business location, including the approval of the Board of Aldermen which originally approved the application for the license.
