§ 110.02  CITY LICENSE OFFICER.
   The City Clerk shall be the License Officer. All new licenses required by the city, unless otherwise specified in this subchapter, shall be issued by the City Clerk, subject to the approval of the Mayor. All applications for new business licenses will be reviewed by the Board of Aldermen. The Board of Aldermen shall have the right to revoke or disapprove any license issued by the City Clerk.
