For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AGGRIEVED PERSON. Include any person who is attempting to provide housing for himself or herself and/or his or her family in the city.
DISCRIMINATE. Distinctions in treatment because of race, color, religion, sex handicap, familial status, or national origin of any person.
