§ 90.10  NUISANCE ANIMALS.
   Every owner of any animal shall exercise proper care and control of such animal to prevent it from any of the following actions:
   (A)   Molesting passersby or chasing passing vehicles;
   (B)   Damaging public or private property, other than property of the owner;
   (C)   Allowing female animals to come into contact with another animal except for planned breeding;
   (D)   Howling, barking, yelping, baying, or otherwise making noise which would unreasonably disturb the peace of any person; or
   (E)   Excreting urine or feces upon any sidewalk, driveway, right-of-way, or other public or private property unless such owner immediately and thoroughly cleans such excrement.
