(A) Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from making left turns from West Valley Drive onto Highway 54.
(B) Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from making left turns from Highway 54 onto West Valley Drive.
(C) Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movements have been placed at the intersection of West Valley Drive and Highway 54.
(D) No driver of a vehicle shall disobey the directions of such signs.
(E) Any person violating the provisions of this schedule shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of no more than $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
