§ 72.05 INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.

   All commercial motor vehicles shall display in a conspicuous place:

   (A)   The name of the owner;

   (B)   The address from which such motor vehicle is operated or the identification number, if any, issued to a motor carrier by the U.S. Department of Transportation;

   (C)   The gross weight for which said vehicle is licensed; and

   (D)   Local commercial vehicle in addition shall display in a conspicuous place the word “local”.
