§ 71.02  CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER.
   The office of City Traffic Engineer, adopted by reference, shall be held by an officer of the city appointed by the Board of Aldermen, said officer shall not receive additional compensation by reason of his or her holding the office of City Traffic Engineer.
