§ 71.01  TRAFFIC DIVISION.
   The Traffic Division established by § 300.015 of the model traffic ordinance, adopted by reference in § 70.01, shall be coextensive with the city’s Police Department. Each officer of the Police Department shall have the duties and responsibilities of an officer of the Traffic Division. The Chief of Police shall be the officer in charge of the Traffic Division.
