(A) (1) Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 52.001 through 52.017 or §§ 52.075 through 52.083, except § 52.016, shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
(2) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for division (A)(1) above, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $100 for each violation. Each 24-hour period in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Any person violating § 52.016 shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct.
(D) It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to tamper or destroy any portion of the system or to make any connection without written permission from the City Clerk, or to reconnect service when service has been disconnected for non-payment of bill. Upon conviction, there shall be imposed a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500.
