(A) Owners of large swimming pools shall register with the Water Department of the city size and gallons required to fill pools, and one time each year the Water Department shall charge only for water used and waive the sewer charge on the gallons used to fill pools.
(B) Owners of pumper or tanker trucks that do not put effluent into the sewer, any business filling a tanker or pumper truck with water which is then hauled to a work site, a representative of the company shall report to the Water Department the gallons required to fill the tanker and the number of trucks filled each month, so the sewer charge may be waived for that amount of water.
