§ 52.035  BILLING PRACTICE.
   (A)   Meters serving all consumers shall be read monthly and bills for service will be rendered monthly.
   (B)   Sewage disposal bills will be calculated on the number of thousands of gallons of water flowing through the user’s meter, and the calculated charge will be billed on the same monthly statement sent to all water users.
