It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle within the city limits of the town under the following conditions:
A. Offensive Stench: Any vehicle containing beet pulp, filth, straw or manure, offal, rubbish or other accumulations of material which creates an offensive stench.
B. Explosive Or Hazardous Materials: Any truck or trailer containing gasoline or other flammable materials such as liquid fertilizer, chlorine gas, high explosives or other hazardous materials.
C. Additional Restrictions: The town council may, by adoption of an appropriate resolution, restrict the parking of vehicles and provide for the regulation of traffic within the town as the town council may, from time to time, deem necessary or advisable and may provide for the placement of appropriate markings or signs to indicate any such restrictions or regulations.
