5-1-11: HAULING HEAVY MACHINERY OVER STREETS OR CROSSINGS:
Every person who shall drive, haul, or transport any locomotive, engine, or heavy machinery of any character, along and over any public street or crossing, so as to cause damage thereto, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 195, 4-4-1984)
