5-1-3: OPERATOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person not possessing a valid driver's license to operate any motor vehicle within the town. Any owner or dealer whose motor vehicle is operated at any time by a person not possessing a valid driver's license with his permission shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 195, 4-4-1984)
