2-1-4: TRANSPORTATION OR POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO FURNISH TO MINOR 1 :
No person twenty one (21) years of age or older shall transport or have in his possession or control any alcoholic or malt beverage with the intent of furnishing the same to any person under the age of twenty one (21) years of age. (Ord. 215, 6-21-1988)
