Any owner or occupant of any premises upon which any condition or nuisance is ordered abated, or any other person who shall in any manner obstruct the removal, abatement or destruction of the same, or who fails to remove and abate such nuisance or condition after notice as provided in this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of maintaining a nuisance and shall, upon conviction, in addition to special taxes and assessments herein provided, be subject to penalty as provided in Wyoming Statute §6-10-103.
