12-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:

The legislature of the state of Wyoming has, in Wyoming Statutes subsection 15-1-103(a)(x)(i), delegated the responsibility to local government units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of its citizenry. (Ord. 260, 8-18-1999)
