If the planning commission rejects or withholds approval of the final plat, the subdivider may request that the plat be submitted to the governing body. The secretary of the planning commission shall forward the proposed plat together with the report of the planning commission stating the reasons for its action. The governing body may make such findings and determinations as they deem proper. (Ord. 244, 4-17-1996)
