9-1-10: PENALTY:

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof in the municipal court, shall be fined as established in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. (Ord. 211, 1-20-1988; amd. 2002 Code; Ord. 308, 10-7-2009)
