One copy of the following documents are on file in the office of the town clerk-treasurer and are hereby adopted as the code of the town for regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings and/or structures in the town of Lingle; providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; providing penalties for violation of such code, and each and all of such regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, excepting the following changes, revisions and omissions as hereinafter set forth: (Ord. 175, 10-21-1981; amd. 2002 Code)
