A. Renting Or Loaning: No fire apparatus shall be let out for hire or loaned in any case without the consent of the chief of the fire department.
B. Allowing Apparatus To Go Outside Town: The consent of the town council shall be required to allow any portion of the apparatus or any company of the fire department to go outside the town of Lingle unless covered under a mutual aid agreement.
C. Use By Nonmembers: No person not a member of the fire department shall use any of the fire apparatus at fires or otherwise, unless acting under orders of the commanding officer. (2002 Code)
