6-1-1: RIGHT OF ADJOINING LANDOWNERS:
All owners of land adjoining any street, road or other public way may construct or reconstruct sidewalks or curbs along such street, road or other public way adjoining such land with the approval of the town council. (Ord. 186, 12-1-1982)
