In any single-family residential zoning district within the city, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership or corporation to park more than three motor vehicles on private property anytime between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. outside of a garage or other appropriate accessory structure within any 48-hour period.
