§ 111.042 ON-SALE WINE LICENSES.

“On-sale wine” licenses authorize the sale of wine not exceeding 14% alcohol by volume only for consumption on the licensed premises in conjunction with the sale of food. An on-sale wine license authorizes the sale of wine on all days of the week, except Sunday, unless the city expressly authorizes a licensee to sell wine on Sunday.
