“On-sale” liquor licenses authorize the on-sale of intoxicating liquor and 3.2% malt liquor only for consumption on the licensed premises in conjunction with the sale of food. One "on-sale" liquor license authorizes the sale of liquor and 3.2% malt liquor on all days of the week, except Sunday, unless the city expressly authorizes a licensee to sell liquor or 3.2% malt liquor on Sunday.
