§ 111.010 ESTABLISHMENT.

The municipal “on-sale” and “off-sale” dispensary is hereby authorized to be continued within the city for the sale of intoxicating liquors. The Council shall have the right to establish additional on-sale and off-sale dispensaries as it may, from time to time, by motion, determine.
