§ 71.01 ANGLE AND PARALLEL PARKING.
   (A)   Angle parking shall be required on streets as designated by the Council by resolution. On any street, every vehicle parked shall be parked with the front of the vehicle facing the curb or the edge of the traveled portion of the street and shall be parked in a single space marked for vehicle parking by painted lines on the street and/or curb, and no part of the vehicle shall extend into any other marked space.
   (B)   (1)   Except where angle parking is permitted by ordinance, each vehicle stopped or parked upon a one-way or two-way roadway where there is an adjacent curb shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle parallel with and within 12 inches of the right-hand curb.
      (2)   Every vehicle parked where parking spaces are marked shall be parked in a single space marked for vehicle parking by painted lines on the street and/or curb, and no part of the vehicle shall extend into any other marked space or into any curb painted yellow.
   (C)   Upon streets and highways not having a curb, each vehicle stopped or parked shall be stopped or parked parallel with and to the right of the paved or improved or main traveled part of the street or highway.
