§ 97.12 CITY REPURCHASE OF UNUSED CEMETERY LOT.
   (A)   The city may use any of its funds to repurchase lots and may hold or again sell and convey them.
   (B)   A lot owner/licensee may sell his or her unused lot back to the city. The city will purchase the lot at 50% of the cost of a lot at the time of repurchase.
