§ 70.04 TRUNK RESTRICTIONS.

(A) (1) The City Council, by resolution, may designate streets on which travel by commercial vehicles in excess of 10,000 pounds axle weight is prohibited.

(2) The Chief of Police shall cause appropriate signs to be erected on the streets.

(B) No person shall operate a commercial vehicle on posted streets in violation of the restrictions stated.
