§ 95.14 REVOCATION OF PERMITS.
   The Office of the Fire Prevention Bureau may revoke a permit or approval issued if any violation of the Minnesota State Fire Code is found upon inspection or where there has been any false statement or misrepresentation as to a material fact in the application or plans on which the permit or approval was based.
