§ 95.05 FIRE PREVENTION INSPECTIONS.
   The Fire Prevention Bureau of the city are authorized to conduct fire prevention inspections of any and all Group A, B, E, H, I, F, M, S, and R occupancies as defined in the Minnesota State Building Code, located within the city.
