The following uses are exempt from this chapter:
(A) Any motorized vehicles used for the purpose of property maintenance;
(B) Any agent or employee of any road authority, law enforcement or public safety agency, or any agent or employee of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources or any other governmental body in conducting official business; and
(C) Any organized track-racing event that is required to be registered with the DNR.
