§ 74.10 DEFINITIONS. 
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTORIZED CART. Any golf cart and three or four wheeled vehicle specifically designed for handicap mobility equipped with the proper slow moving vehicle signage and rearview mirrors.
