§ 74.04 SLOW-MOVING VEHICLE EMBLEM.
   Motorized carts shall display the slow-moving vehicle emblem provided for in M.S. § 169.522 and an orange or blaze pennant extending at least five feet above the bumper of the cart when operated on bike paths and designated streets.
