§ 30.10 TERM OF OFFICE FOR MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS.
   The Mayor shall hold office for a term of two years, and each Council member shall hold office for a term of four years, commencing on the first business day of January of the year following their election and until a successor is elected and qualifies.
