(A) No person shall possess, consume or provide to others any alcoholic beverages in or upon the Newell Avenue Beach Park or other public parks, or upon any public street, sidewalk, trail or parking area, without first obtaining a written permit therefor from the City Administrator.
(B) Delivery of alcoholic beverages in connection with lawful sale at the City Liquor Store is not a violation of this section.
