§ 94.03 WATERCRAFT PROHIBITED.
   Except for purposes of rendering emergency assistance, no person shall launch or operate a watercraft within water areas that have been marked off or set aside as a swimming or bathing area, without first obtaining the written permission of the City Administrator.
