(A) Hours restriction. No person shall be present in or located upon public parks, including parking areas appurtenant thereto, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. without the express approval of the City Administrator or Police Chief.
(B) Activity restrictions.
(1) No person or persons shall use a public bathing beach, public parking lot or public park, except during the hours such activities are permitted.
(2) A list of permitted or prohibited activities, and the hours of such activities, shall be posted at the entrance to, or at conspicuous places on, each public bathing beach, parking lot or park.
(3) No person shall use tobacco, tobacco products, tobacco related devices, or an electronic delivery device, as defined in § 114.01, in any public park.
