For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PUBLIC BATHING BEACH. Any public land, road or highway adjoining public waters, specifically set aside and designated as public beaches by the placement of signs indicating the boundaries thereof within the city.
PUBLIC PARK. Any public land set aside and designated for public park purposes.
PUBLIC PARKING LOT. Any public land set aside and designated for public vehicle parking purposes, whether continuously or intermittently.
