§ 52.08 WATER RATES.
   (A)   User fees for water used will be computed and billed on a quarterly basis.
   (B)   Rate structure: The City Council may, by adoption of a resolution, periodically review and set the rates for water usage, based on a reasonable analysis of associated costs to provide the service.
