Persons seeking a license from the city shall follow the following procedure:
(A) Applications for tattooing licenses must be filed with the Community Development Department, accompanied by the license fee specified in the city's fee schedule. The license fee will be pro-rated for licenses issued during the year but will not be less than $25.
(B) Applications must be signed by the applicant and contain the names of the applicant, if an individual, the names of partners, if a partnership, and if a corporation, the names of the principal officers of the corporation, together with a brief description of the location where the business is to be conducted.
(C) Applicants must comply with the requirements for insurance, but are not required to post a bond.
(D) Applicants will be considered and acted upon by the City Council.
