§ 50.05 SUSPENSION OF LICENSE OR FRANCHISE.

A franchise or license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked or suspended for a violation of this chapter or other applicable regulations of law, upon a showing that the franchisee or licensee has failed to comply with the same.
