§ 33.03 RURAL SERVICE DISTRICT.

The Rural Service District shall include the following unplatted lands, currently used as a golf course and not developed for commercial, industrial or urban residential purposes, and for the reasons are not benefitted to the same degree as other lands by municipal services financed by general taxation:

(A) Parcel #15-00010-88; and

(B) Parcel #15-00010-89.
